Note: This is a security module for Perfex CRM. It is not a standalone script and requires Perfex CRM to function.

Overview

The Scheduled Maintenance Mode for Perfex CRM allows administrators to plan, automate, and manage maintenance with ease. During active maintenance, the system restricts access for clients and non-selected staff while providing a clean branded maintenance page with live countdown and custom messaging.

Designed as a powerful yet lightweight solution, the module requires no core file modifications and integrates seamlessly with Perfex CRM. With features like staff bypass control, timezone-accurate scheduling, dynamic placeholders, and maintenance logs, this module offers a professional and reliable way to handle system downtime without disrupting internal workflows.

How to Use

• Go to Utilities → Maintenance Mode
• View all scheduled maintenance in a simple table.
• Click Add New to add a new maintenance schedule.
• Fill in Title, Message, Countdown Text, Contact Details, Staff Bypass, Start Time, and End Time.
• Save defaults so future schedules autofill these fields.
• Edit schedules only if they haven’t started yet.
• Stop maintenance only when a schedule is active.
• Delete schedules anytime (upcoming, active, or completed).
• During active maintenance, non-allowed users and clients will automatically see the maintenance page with countdown.
