About the library

Web Essentials Library is a .NET library with utilities that are essential for most web sites.

The library includes a collection of classes and methods commonly used in web applications.

A partial list of functions is below:

• PayPal Express Checkout
• Image resizing, cropping and thumbnail generation
• PDF thumbnails
• Newsletter sending via e-mail hosts (e.g. Gmail)
• Text editting and conversion (HTML stripping and formatting)
• Country code from IP address
• Input field text validation (e-mails, links, names)
• String sorter by directory sort

Methods are conviniently placed in static classes by their purpose. XML documentation is provided with full intelli-sense support.
