This is a very useful collection of styles that will solve all your neon needs. I’ve created 2 sets of styles:

1. The first one creates and outline around a shape. This is intended for text and solid shapes. 2. The second one makes the whole surface glow and is best when used with lines.

PSD File used for preview. Made in Photoshop CS4 but saved in “Maximize Compatibility” mode for previous versions. ASL File to load in the Styles palette. JPG File of the preview. Readme.txt and Help.txt with installation and use instructions.
