Full single page registration form that can be integrated as well. Also includes possible “Thank You” email design for after the form is submitted thanking the user for registering. Text will need to be modified to meet your needs.

Both files contain a group called “Layered” for customization and a “Flat” layer of that group to make slicing easier. There are NO external assets needed to modify these documents. Created on Windows PC with system Fonts.

Changing the color is extremely easy, Simply place a “Hue/Saturation” ( Layer > New Ajustment Layer > Hue/Saturation… ) above ALL layers and modify the color slider. Or just change the Color Overlay of the “Background” layer. ( Layered > Background ).
