Here is a set of Multi contact forms to hopefully speed up your work flow!

These are meant to help free up space on your site, blog & so on. You will notice that these are tabbed or text linked with User name & Password forms within each other. Will help cluttered & free up page space!

These are very easy to swap, edit & change colors to your likings.

Also, being some people might not want the way I have it setup, I left some normal so you don’t have to go threw & delete any files, just leave as is or change to your preferred liking & go!
