This package contains a modern, crisp, yet subtle web background pattern that won’t take the focus off your web page. It comes as seamlessly tile-able tiles in 3 shades of lightness ready for use, no Photoshop required. Included are .png and .jpg formats as well as a .pat and .psd just in case.
If you have Photoshop, it also lends itself well for putting some texture behind images. 
Simply fill the background with the light texture, lay your image over the top and set the blending mode to multiply.
