Updated version now available: The issue of fade effect in IE7 and IE8 has been fixed. The issue was due to lack of 24-bit PNG support in IE7 and IE8, so added another HTML/CSS version with minor design change and 8-bit transparent PNG images. Live preview available here.

• Checked on Firefox 3+, Safari 4+,IE6, IE7 and IE8 and Gogle Chrome and works fine.
