The Reservation Form will allow users to enter specific dates using a date picker, and they can also enter the time of their booking, and contact details such as e-mail addresses and telephone numbers. These details will be sent to you in an easy-to-read format.

Please note that you will need PHP installed on your web server for the Reservation form to work. It also has front and back end validation.
